The SL2100 system has 4 Mobile Extension ports built in, these are virtual ports on the system. Additional Mobile Extensions can be added by license, maximum quantity on the system is 128.Mobile Extension licenses are individual port basis. Mobile Extension is an external telephone (preferably a mobile phone) linked to the SL system via a Proxy Port to operate as an internal SLT extension. The extension sends DTMF signals to the system allowing access to the system features. A registered Mobile Extension uses 1 analogue port (ports are reserved in groups of 4), however, no PCB support (analogue or digital) is required.
